[Az-Geocaching] Glitch at groundspeak

We paid by PayPal 8.31.2009.  Still shows as premium, at least, so far.

For some as yet unexplained reason, paid premium member accounts are being
reverted to basic accounts.
Those affected are not able to log PMO caches, their bookmark lists are
unavailable, and download of .gpx files for individual caches are not
available. In addition, I suspect those affected will not receive the PQ s
they have paid to receive.
