[Az-Geocaching] 60c vehicle mount

Well, I let a friend borrow it. :) j/k. As was said earlier, on occasion the suction does fail. But that's the inherent nature of a suction cup exposed to heat/direct sunlight. Every so often, just take the mount off and clean both the suction cup and the windshield it attaches to. I've put the GPS/mount through some serious abuse on the trails, and it never fails me there. What actually broke was the lower mount point, where the adjustment threads into the actual mount. Through some pretty rough bumping on the Benbow Jeep Trail, that attachment worked loose (I already had it a little loose to begin with), and I think the constant bashing on rocks helped it crack.

I have been thinking about getting one myself and I am interested in what you did to break it, so I don't make this same mistake .

The windshield mount for the 60C does indeed exist. I love it, but mine recently broke (my fault, not because of the design).

A question for the 60c owners out there...

I lust ordered a 60c. Any reccomendations for a vehicle mount? I had a windshield suction mount for my etrex legend that I really liked, but I haven't seen anything like it for the 60c. If you have had good luck with something, please let me know!

    Thanks

    Dave
