[Az-Geocaching] Reminder - Halloween event coming up - Scouting the park

One week from yesterday. 

We are having the (through the generous cooperation of the owners) the 
caches in the park temporally disabled before the event. If you want to 
scout out the park, fine. It is a nice park. But, please do it well 
before Saturday. Please do NOT come to the park on Saturday before the 
starting time of the event at  4:00pm (unless you are helping out with 
setup. And if you are participating in the events, then you are not 
setting up the trails).

We, again, are very willing to use your generous hands after the event 
for tear down. Please let us know of your offer.

Thanks to all who have registered before hand. If you have still not 
registered (at least on the GC site) for the event, please do so now. 
This thing is exploding, and we need to get a good idea of headcount. We 
are very excited. It looks to be a great event.

If you are planning on participating in the events, please take the time 
to get an idea of the schedule, and rules before coming. It will be a 
busy night, and the less explaining we have to do, the better (to get 
the events underway). The schedule will be strictly adhered to, so check 
your clocks.

Don't forget your pot luck dishes, chairs, batteries, GPS, and 
especially your flashlights. (and portable black lights if you wish).

We are looking forward to seeing you all on Saturday!
