[Az-Geocaching] Gas taxes and the Steamer

I remember reading somewhere that State and Federal taxes on every gallon of gas came to about 40 cents...can you imagine if that was immediately repealed and Premium came down to about $1.70 a gallon??? WOW???
 
I guess it's time to bring back the Stanley Steamer, an automobile which was capable of speeds over 100 m.p.h., on a steam-powered engine...just fill it up with water, and go...
