[Az-Geocaching] Explanation and apology

Maybe I'm missing something, but when did name-calling enter the picture as
a continuing problem?  Ok, I agree that a few things said on the listserv
about this Primerica/Ken thing were a bit jaded, but I'm not sure
name-calling went beyond perhaps one message.  We can't control how others
react, only ourselves.  The anger shown over the last few days was IMHO for
the most part, justified.  Could another course of action have been taken?
Sure.  There are always at least two ways to go about doing things.  In many
cases, there are far more.
