[Az-Geocaching] Explanation and apology

Thank you, Brian.  FYI, SquishyGecko wasn't the only one to have received
the same phone calls...repeatedly from this Ron Adams character.  I received
them as well, but did not give him the time of day because I was never
extended any sort of courtesy and asked permission before being used as a
'character reference'.  Had I actually answered one of his calls, the guy
wouldn't have been able to call anyone for a week without a TTY device.
