The Coronado National Memorial is National Park Service land, and the
ranger was correct. I'm surprised the cache was approved by GC.com;
probably an oversight on their part. In any event, I'd bet the cache
won't be there for the next finder(s).
As for "running his ID", that close to the Mexican border, I'm not very
surprised.
