[Az-Geocaching] TB not activated

I picked up a TB from the Tucson Travel Bug Mansion recently that has 
not been activated.  Anyone have any suggestions on how to find the 
owner or otherwise get it activated?  I back-tracked through the logs 
and saw a couple entries that mention the ''Purple Monster'' that it is 
attached to, but I've been unable to find an entry indicating it's 
original placement and by whom.
