[Az-Geocaching] Missing Wyle C

Saw Wyle B a week ago and it was in great shape, though it
was missing the tag. Someone had written the id number on
the instruction card, I knew instantly what it was, having
found one earlier. Still, I think that the instruction card
makes it very clear that it is a TB.
