[Az-Geocaching] Black light caches

I planned on doing a couple but changed it to glow in the dark instead (as soon as we get them done) because I couldn't find any invisible black light only paints. I did manage to find a blacklight flashlight although it eats batteries 8 at a time. Personally I like the idea. I just don't want to find any scorpions with it.
