Or they come after you because you are responsible for all those caches that
they want removed...

Not offended in the least. I would offer one suggestion though. Knowing
how government bureaucrats think and work, I think that there should be
some sort of disclaimer that azgeocaching.com has no regulatory control
over geocaches placed in Arizona. It is just a meeting place to distribute
information.
