[Az-Geocaching] 300 club

Thanks everyone for all the warm letters.

There's no way we'll finish Arizona (although it was an original goal). In
October, we had found something around 150 caches and had only about 60
caches left in Arizona not found. Today, we've found 267 AZ caches and NOW
have over 140 Arizona caches not found. Looks like we're loosing ground.
Caches are being hidden faster than we're finding them. We've also slowed
down.

Bob Renner's record for finding all Arizona caches (at least for awhile)
will be safe. I don't know if anyone else still active (Team Snaptek?)
shares the record. What is it Bob? You had found 100% of the Arizona caches
when there were - what, 1 cache? :)

I think "Team Roadrunner" follows us around. We go into an area and find all
the local caches. As soon as we leave, a new cache is hidden there. This
happened again last weekend. We found all the caches near Yuma, and a new
one is hidden 3 days later within 1 mile of where we camped at Mittry Lake!
:(

Happy Hunting!

(Better late than never)

Congratulations on making the 300 mark. The example you set for us will
lead us all like a beacon in the inky blackness of night....or something
like that :)

Now I guess the next question is....when you finish up with all of the
Geocaches here in Arizona, which state will you move to next!
