[Az-Geocaching] Another email change

[Team Cache-Quest]

It has gotten better.  I was very frustrated at first.  When it works, it
works real well.  When there are problems, I've had a lot of trouble finding
someone to talk to who knew what they were talking about.  There were a lot
of problems between Cox and Excite.  Now that Cox took it over, things have
stabilized a bit.  I don't have a lot of choices for high speed internet
services.  I'm 500 feet too far from my central office for DSL service and I
haven't had any better experience with Qwest.
