ed, im sure ALL of your complaints and problems are very REAL.  !!

and we can only hope that the general public can someday realize how
much more beautiful "private" land, as well as "public" land looks when
it is litter free.

please take heart, (as we have) and HOPE for the best to come out of all
of this in regards to this matter.
