[Az-Geocaching] TV gaffs

I always enjoy catching a mistake on TV or
movies...usually it is medical shows, as I am an RN. 
(boy, they make a lot of 'em. I secretly wish they'd
hire ME as a technical consultant, especially the
emergency room scenes!)

But, this week on JAG (a rerun) did anybody notice the
mistake?

Harm rattles off his lat/long, over ocean between China
and Taiwan.... "North 18 degrees (blah blah) and West
113 degrees (blah blah)"

Hmmmm.....guess he was really trying to get our plane
back from Mexico!
